FAQ
Do I need a driving license?
No license needed for quad bike ride Dubai on our private open desert track. Bring ID copy. For dune buggy Dubai, driver needs valid car license photo (any country).
What is age limit?
Rider minimum 16 years for single seat quads, 18 for Raptor 700 and all buggies. Kids 10+ can ride as passenger on 2-seat quads and all buggies with adult driver. Under 18 needs guardian consent. For desert safari dune bashing: 5+ as passenger, pregnant not allowed.
Do I need previous experience?
No. 90% are first timers. Bikes are automatic except Raptor. Guide rides ahead, you follow his line. Briefing 10 mins. We keep small batches max 8 bikes for safety.
What is included?
Helmet, goggles, guide, water, free parking at desert, photos on your phone. No hidden fees. 2-seat quad & buggy price is per vehicle, not per person. All buggy prices per buggy includes safety gear, guide.
Is guide free?
Yes, free guide for every ride. Self-drive but guide leads. He sets safe line, stops for photos, helps if you get stuck. No extra charge.
Can kids ride?
Kids 10-15 as passengers on 2-seat ATVs and all buggies with adult. 5+ for safari dune bashing. They cannot drive alone. Kids under 5 not allowed on quad track, but allowed in desert safari camp area. Pregnant women not allowed for quad/buggy/dune bashing.
How payment works?
Cash on arrival preferred. Card accepted with 5% fee. Per bike price. Per buggy price for buggies. No advance for small groups, but we take token for 5+ bikes.
Cancellation policy?
Free cancellation 24 hours before tour. Less than 24h or same day / no-show = 100% charge. Reschedule free if >24h.
